Hidden Harbor Capital Partners announced an investment involving Lathan Architects P.C. in McKee & Associates Architects, LLC and BDW Architects. Following the transaction, Lathan and McKee combined as Lathan McKee Architects, creating a market-leading K-12 and civic design practice in the Southeastern U.S., and BDW joined as a member of the L&M Group of companies.
