Experienced design and construction project manager with a diverse skillset and over 20 years of experience in government, DOD, manufacturing, commercial and international projects. Military veteran with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Tuskegee University. Team player and provides continuous improvement, project decisions and contract execution on behalf of each project owner. Manages CA duties and site progress for assigned construction projects; assist on additional projects as requested. Processes Pay Applications and reviews invoices. Coordinates project meetings during design and construction; Pre-Bid, Bid Openings, Pre-Con and OAC meetings. Submits field reports and manages BDW document control for the state’s DCM Engage Portal for assigned projects. Reviews and edits Specifications. Manages project data in BDW Pipeline and on TEAMS for project owners. Assists with Business Development when requested.
